Catering Options
We offer multiple catering options throughout the Outer Banks, including Full Service, Drop/Set, Delivery, and Food Truck Catering. Pricing varies based on guest count, staffing needs, event duration, and location.
Catering Types & Starting Prices
Full Service — Starts at $750
Our staff arrives approximately one (1) hour prior to the event to set up a full-service buffet. Clients may choose self-serve or staff-served service. Pricing is based on guest count, number of staff, and location.Drop/Set — Starts at $250
An on-site caterer sets up a disposable, self-serve buffet. No staff remain on-site after setup. Pricing is based on guest count and location.Delivery — Starts at $100
Food is delivered in aluminum trays to the first-floor level only. No serving utensils, setup, or service equipment are provided. Delivery includes food and trays only. Pricing is based on location.Food Truck Catering — Starts at $1,000
Food truck catering provides an on-site, interactive dining experience. Pricing may vary based on event duration, time of day, and location. Food costs are additional and based on the selected menu. Applicable taxes and additional fees, including extended travel, will be included in the final quote.
Additional Catering Information
Serving and display equipment is included with Full Service and Drop/Set catering.
Delivery orders do not include serving utensils or equipment.
Food truck catering includes plastic and paper utensils, serving ware, napkins, and condiments.
Clients are responsible for providing tables, chairs, linens, flatware, plates, and glassware, unless the event is hosted at one of our restaurant locations.
Events requiring 4x4 beach access will incur an additional $400 fee, applicable to all catering types.
Pricing & Fees
Applicable North Carolina State and County sales tax will be added based on event location.
A catering/event fee may apply based on guest count, service type, and event location.
A 25% service charge will be applied to applicable catering services, including food truck catering. This service charge covers staffing and labor, setup and breakdown, on-site management, booking coordination, and administrative services.
This service charge is not a gratuity and is retained by the company.Gratuity is not included unless otherwise stated in writing.
Pricing is subject to change by up to 10% for events booked in the following calendar year.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking and applied toward the final total.
The remaining balance is due no later than the day before the scheduled event by 11:59 PM.
Events booked within 30 days of the event date require full payment at booking.
Invoices are payable via ACH. A 3% convenience fee applies to card payments. Checks may be mailed.
Late Payments
Balances not paid by the required deadline will incur a 1.5% late fee on the remaining balance, beginning on the event date.
Late fees accrue every 30 days until paid in full.
Unpaid balances may be subject to collection, with associated fees the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled event within 12 months of the original date.
Deposits are forfeited if the event is not rescheduled within this time.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event date are liable for the full event balance.
